Contribute an authorized today/upcoming agenda, bounded event creation launch and full Calendar fallback to the Core Quick Access contract without importing Quick Access. Respect calendar visibility, temporal context and owner-side validation.

Initial contribution implemented in b6f939e: Calendar registers Meetings and Decisions plus an authorized upcoming-agenda renderer and full Calendar fallback, without importing Quick Access. Documentation and interface-contract tests pass.

Remaining before closure: bounded event-creation launch, selected-event context, and explicit temporal-context behavior.

Implemented and pushed in Calendar 4bbf80e. Quick Access now provides an authorized seven-event, 21-day agenda using the active temporal context, typed calendar.event selection, and an owner-rendered create launch. Calendar event reads, deltas, detail, and export now fence private collections by current owner/group/admin visibility, and the list API supports a bounded limit. Verified with 143 Calendar tests, Calendar WebUI tests, Ruff, the 68-manifest registry, all 57 WebUI module permutations, and full-product bundle budgets.
