2026-07-30 review: keep open. Retention execution, export permissions, privacy-protected aggregate reporting, and export-handling documentation exist. The Campaign Report itself still does not show the selected version's effective retention policy, redacted/expired evidence state, or a concise privacy-impact explanation. That bounded UI/API projection is the remaining acceptance work.

Implemented and published in GovOPlaN/govoplan-campaign@fa4eb39.

Campaign Report now includes the selected version's effective retention policy, sanitized policy provenance, raw/build/EML/Postbox evidence states (retained, redacted, expired, not generated, withdrawn, or unavailable as applicable), and a concise privacy-impact explanation. Policy remains optional: defaults are shown with an explicit enforcement warning when no policy capability is present, and provider failures do not make the report unreadable.

Verification: Campaign suite 295 passed, 16 subtests, including configured/default/redacted/expired projection tests; full WebUI build passed.
