The lifecycle-aware copy action now opens an explicit wizard for recipients, Files references/rules, active shares, campaign policies, and reusable Mail-profile references. Defaults are conservative for collaboration: shares are excluded unless selected, ownership belongs to the account creating the copy, managed files remain Files-owned references, Mail credentials remain Mail-owned, and delivery jobs, outcomes, locks, generated evidence, and audit records are never copied.

The backend enforces the same option contract and recipient/share permissions instead of trusting only the UI. Campaign lifecycle and full Campaign suites pass (384 tests plus 18 subtests), as does the full-product WebUI permutation.
