Completed and published in GovOPlaN/govoplan-ops@05ce4dc with the supporting Core contract in GovOPlaN/govoplan-core@b65b488.

The Ops dashboard widget now reports readiness, live worker count, missing queue consumers, active tasks, aggregate Redis queue depth, managed storage backend, module probe count, and current warnings/errors. The full Ops page exposes per-queue depth, operational probes, backup evidence, and governance inventory. Read-only operators no longer see the privileged “Run probes” action.

Focused Ops tests and the shared WebUI typecheck passed.
