Implemented locally: request-local revision batching with tenant/entry/publication checks, retaining owner and audience checks. Reader requests no longer load unpublished draft bodies.40-entry fixtures: reader41→2 SELECTs, editor81→2;401-entry fixture3 SELECTs. Full39-test Docs suite passed, EN/DE owning documentation updated. Complete catalogue/history response-volume pagination remains separate.
Coordinated review: GovOPlaN/govoplan-core#296. Changes are uncommitted/unpushed and this issue remains open pending publication and final integrated checks. No live application data was mutated.
Implemented and released in Docs0.1.23: batch revision reads while preserving tenant, entry, publication, owner and audience checks; reader projections no longer load unpublished draft bodies. Isolated40-entry fixtures improved from41/81 SELECTs to two; the401-entry fixture uses three. All39 module tests passed, with owning EN/DE documentation and final integration green. These are fixture query counts, not production latency claims. Complete catalogue/history response-volume pagination remains separate.
