Contribute contextual/recent files, bounded selection/upload launch and full Files fallback to the Core Quick Access contract without importing Quick Access. Recheck current provider, folder and object authorization.

Initial contribution implemented in 04e2bae: Files registers Records and Documents and contributes authorized managed/connector spaces with read-only provenance and full Files fallback. Documentation and manifest tests pass.

Remaining before closure: contextual/recent object references plus bounded selection and upload actions through the governed return-context contract.

Implemented and pushed in Files e136142. Quick Access now uses an authorization-filtered, updated-time ordered seven-file projection, returns exact files.file-version references, and launches the full Files upload dialog only after refreshing and selecting an authorized managed space. The recent API path is bounded, filter-aware, and rejects incompatible path cursors. Verified with all 139 Files tests, Ruff, the 68-manifest registry, all 57 WebUI module permutations, and full-product bundle budgets.
