Outcome

Expose a module-native inbox and administration surface using shared Core components and the Postbox backend contracts.

Acceptance criteria

Users can list accessible postboxes and unified projections, see source function/unit and vacancy/access provenance, list messages, open details, and mark read or acknowledged.
Authorized users can create exact function-bound postboxes and reusable templates, inspect resolved addresses, and archive bindings without raw database identifiers as the primary UI.
The module announces route, navigation, action, and administration View surfaces.
Empty, loading, error, vacant, withdrawn, and inaccessible states are explicit.

The module-native three-pane inbox and tenant administration UI are implemented using shared Core controls, dialogs, alerts, selection lists, status badges, toggles, and pagination. It includes grouping administration, exact/template administration, search/filtering, vacancy/source provenance, detail/read/ack, and empty/loading/error states. Remaining states are tracked in #11/#12.
