Contribute the authorized unified work inbox, counts, bounded list/detail and full Work fallback to the Core Quick Access contract without importing Quick Access. Preserve source-owned commands and completion semantics.

Initial contribution implemented in 8e4a247: Tasks registers the Work product area and an authorized Quick Access summary renderer with counts and full Work fallback, without importing Quick Access. Manifest docs/help and optional-module builds pass.

Remaining before closure: a bounded item list/detail launch and source-owned task commands inside the contribution.

Implemented and pushed in Tasks 39bb6c0. Quick Access now renders a bounded seven-item authorized unified inbox, exposes detail, keeps commands source-owned, starts/completes only explicit Tasks with write scope, delegates other providers through their safe action path, and returns a typed tasks.work-item reference. Verified with all 10 Tasks tests, TypeScript compilation, manifest registry validation (68/68), and WebUI module permutation builds.
