Created from the GovOPlaN module and integration planning list on 2026-07-06.

  • Source item: Open-Xchange / calendar / openDesk stack
  • Proposed owner: govoplan-calendar
  • Routing rationale: Calendar owns event/availability semantics and should define the groupware adapter boundary.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Define event sync, availability lookup, resource calendars, recurrence, and conflict handling for Open-Xchange.
