Expanded report/jobs.csv with operational evidence fields: campaign/version ids, resolved envelope headers, message id, EML storage/local reference, attachment names, latest SMTP response/error/status, and latest IMAP folder/error/status. Added tests/test_campaign_reports.py regression coverage and verified it with pytest.

Closing as implemented.
