Implemented dev/mail-testbed/ with GreenMail Docker Compose, ignored .env workflow, documented non-production credentials, and run_transport_smoke.py. The test bed uses SMTP 3025 / IMAP 3143 and a full-email login backed by GreenMail's local-part/password/domain user format. Python compile/import checks passed; Docker execution is not available in this runner.

Closing as implemented.
