Goal

Let campaigns send individualized invitation messages to campaign recipients while keeping campaign-level tracking and reporting.

Scope

  • Add campaign workflow/action for invitation sends.
  • Support individualized fields per recipient and per-recipient send state.
  • Request mail delivery through the mail capability instead of direct mail-module imports.
  • Request calendar invitation creation/tracking through the calendar capability when available.
  • Surface combined delivery and RSVP state in campaign reporting.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Campaign can create a bulk invite send from a recipient set and template.
  • Per-recipient mail delivery and calendar RSVP state are visible in campaign results.
  • UI clearly disables or explains the action when mail/calendar capabilities are unavailable.
