Created from the GovOPlaN module and integration planning list on 2026-07-06.

  • Proposed owner: govoplan-connectors
  • Routing rationale: This is research and connector strategy, not a hardcoded product assumption.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Create a researched catalogue of public-sector systems by domain and jurisdiction: DMS/eAkte, case systems, finance/ERP, registers, identity, mail/groupware, portals, and specialist systems.
  • For each target, classify integrate, link, import, synchronize, export, or replace.
  • Turn high-priority targets into connector issues or module proposals with clear ownership.
