  • Added lightweight WebUI tests for parent-locked retention fields and lower-level allow attempts.

  • Extracted privacyRetentionParentAllowsField() and privacyRetentionLocalAllowsLowerLevel() into a pure helper and added webui/tests/privacy-policy.test.ts to the module-capabilities test command.
