Implemented in docs/DEPLOYMENT_OPERATOR_GUIDE.md: runtime identity, DB/migrations, broker/workers, storage, HTTP/cookies/CORS, catalog/license trust roots, module enablement, and mail test credential boundaries. Verified the production-like profile with explicit govoplan_core.commands.init_db plus govoplan_core.devserver --smoke --no-reload.

Closing as implemented.
