Durable context: Gitea wiki page Repo-docs-GOVOPLAN-MODULE-ROADMAP in govoplan-core.

Catalogue common software used in the public sector and classify integration strategy.

For each system, decide:

  • integrate
  • link
  • import
  • synchronize
  • replace selected workflow
  • no first-class support

Use the catalogue to prioritize connector modules.

Implemented and linked.

  • Added docs/PUBLIC_SECTOR_INTEGRATION_STRATEGY.md with integration posture labels and an initial classification table for common public-sector system families.
  • Updated docs/GOVOPLAN_MODULE_ROADMAP.md to route strategy to core and detailed catalogue ownership to govoplan-connectors.
  • Updated docs/GOVERNMENT_OPERATIONS_VISION.md with pointers to the core strategy index and connectors catalogue.
  • Related connector catalogue issues govoplan-connectors#2 and govoplan-connectors#3 are already closed.
