Completed in the pushed split/schema boundary commits: core 79af252, access c71de86, tenancy 7e8df56, mail caaace1, files 4e7c771, campaign 9a6b6c7, calendar 15aa4f3, dashboard dde09df, organizations ad2561b. Verified with Postgres init/migration, dependency boundary check, compileall for new module code, and focused backend tests.
