Goal

Define the provider-neutral contract for operational distribution lists (Verteiler).

Scope

  • distribution-list, entry, expansion-plan, expansion-result, and snapshot DTOs
  • source reference formats for address contacts, address lists, identities, users, groups, organization units, functions, roles, raw recipients, and nested lists
  • read-only/policy explanation payloads
  • expansion limits and cycle detection semantics

Acceptance Criteria

  • Consumers can understand list entries without importing module internals.
  • Snapshot evidence includes source IDs, revisions, provenance, and stale-source markers.
  • The distinction between address lists, distribution lists, and workflow/Umlauf execution remains explicit.
