Goal

Make operational distribution lists usable across campaign, mail, postbox, notifications, scheduling, poll, workflow, and tasks.

Scope

  • mixed entry editor with provider-specific lookup
  • disabled/read-only explanations on hover
  • expansion preview with stale-source warnings
  • optional integrations with addresses, identity, organizations, groups, functions, and workflow
  • picker/reuse surfaces for consuming modules

Acceptance Criteria

  • UI degrades cleanly when optional provider modules are absent.
  • Users can see exactly why an entry is unavailable or unresolved.
  • Consuming modules can use lists without depending on one another.
