[Feature] Add folder-level connector sync orchestration #16

Move beyond single-file manual sync and support explicit folder-level sync from linked connector spaces.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Add folder-level manual sync endpoint for a linked connector space.
  • Detect created/updated/unchanged/skipped files.
  • Return conflict and policy failures in a reviewable result.
  • Emit audit events with source provenance and sync action summary.
  • Leave background scheduling as a separate follow-up unless this issue remains small.
