Created from the GovOPlaN module and integration planning list on 2026-07-06.

  • Source item: connect to Open-Xchange, LDAP, AD, basically the openDesk stack
  • Proposed owner: govoplan-idm
  • Routing rationale: IDM owns identity-provider and directory integration; access consumes resolved principals/capabilities.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Define LDAP and Active Directory sync/login/provisioning boundaries.
