Keep the postbox data model and APIs compatible with encrypted administrative postboxes, role/function access, key epochs, signed manifests, external recipients, and honest retraction semantics.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Postbox DTO/model design can represent ciphertext, signed manifests, wrapped keys, key epochs, and external recipient token state.
  • Role/function postbox access is expressed through access and identity-trust contracts instead of direct module imports.
  • UI copy distinguishes revoke-before-fetch from impossible plaintext retraction after decryption.
