Created from the GovOPlaN module and integration planning list on 2026-07-06.

  • Source item: template / report module; dataflow / BI
  • Proposed owner: govoplan-reporting
  • Routing rationale: Reporting already exists as a module and should own report definitions, BI views, exports, and scheduled outputs.
  • Related wiki: core Repo-docs-GOVOPLAN-MODULE-ROADMAP after the wiki sync.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Define report source inputs from datasources/dataflow, modules, and curated query views.
  • Define output targets: file, DMS, mail, templates, dashboard, API, and scheduled publication.
  • Clarify which features belong in reporting versus templates, dataflow, and search.

Resolved by module-local boundary docs.

Added README.md and docs/REPORTING_BOUNDARY.md. The document defines report source inputs, output targets, reporting ownership, separation from templates/dataflow/search/DMS/files, candidate capabilities, and the first implementation slice. Synced to the repository wiki.
