+# Local Rules and Liability
+
+## Principle
+
+Rules must be shown as advisory information with source, date, jurisdiction, confidence, and limits.
+
+Do not claim legal certainty unless the rule comes from a current official source and the geographic/jurisdiction match is clear.
+

+- fire bans,
+- e-bike access/class,
+- ferry/border constraints,

+- hunting/forestry closures,

+- `likely_allowed`,

+- `needs_local_confirmation`.
+

+2. protected-area authority pages,
+3. national/regional open data portals,
+4. OSM access tags,
+5. partner/local expert data,
+6. user reports.
