+# Architecture
+
+`src/helpers` contains all framework-free production logic and is bundled as a
+single tree-shakeable ESM entry with declaration files. `src/components` imports
+that same root for the browser workspaces. React owns only ephemeral input and
+presentation state.
+
+The app uses the shared Toolbox shell, relative URLs, a small same-scope offline
+service worker, and a static restrictive deployment model. There are no workers
+in v0.1.0 because the bounded calculator operations are intentionally small;
+cryptographic digests are asynchronous Web Crypto operations.
+
+Application ZIP and npm package assembly are separate. The app includes the
+shell and documentation. The npm package contains the library bundle,
+declarations, API guide, source and security pointers, project licence and
+third-party notices, but no React or Toolbox code in its executable bundle.
