# Licence inventory

Sudoku Tools is `GPL-3.0-or-later`; the full project licence is at `../LICENSE`.

`THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md` identifies shipped runtime packages. Release
preparation collates their exact installed licence files into
`npm-runtime-licenses.txt`.
