The lock pins immutable release URLs and SHA-256 checksums. OneNote Tools opens the tested desktop .one subset and LZX/uncompressed .onepkg packages locally in a native TypeScript worker. This release contains the assembled static ZIP and checksum; no OCI image is attached.
