+
+The checked-in catalog is generated from Unicode Character Database 17.0.0,
+Unihan 17.0.0, Emoji 17.0, and Unicode Security Mechanisms data published by
+the Unicode Consortium. These files and their derived data are distributed
+under the Unicode License v3 (`Unicode-3.0`), reproduced in
+`LICENSES/UNICODE-3.0.txt`. `public/data/SOURCES.json` records the exact source
+URL and SHA-256 of every input. Unicode and the Unicode Logo are trademarks of
+Unicode, Inc.; this project is not affiliated with or endorsed by Unicode,

+## Runtime code

+Runtime dependency licences are reproduced in
