Goal

Track post-CardDAV connector work without blocking the local/vCard MVP.

Scope

  • LDAP/Active Directory read-only directories
  • Exchange/Microsoft 365 contacts
  • Google Contacts
  • CSV/XLSX import mapping profiles
  • LDIF import
  • batch vCard import/export refinements

Acceptance Criteria

  • Each connector has a narrowed follow-up issue before implementation starts.
  • Read-only versus writable source behavior is explicit.
  • Connector diagnostics and dry-run expectations align with the sync-state model.

Narrowed follow-ups:

  • #15 LDAP/Active Directory (read-only baseline, P1)
  • #16 Microsoft Graph/Microsoft 365 contacts
  • #17 explicit on-premises Exchange profile and capability probe
  • #18 Google People contacts
  • #19 reusable CSV/XLSX import mappings (static one-way, P1)
  • #20 bounded LDIF import (static one-way)
  • #21 selective and large-batch vCard workflows

Every issue explicitly defines directionality, bounded dry-run/preview, diagnostics, credentials where applicable, provenance, idempotency/recovery expectations, optional-module boundaries, tests, and documentation. Shared connector diagnostics remain linked to GovOPlaN/govoplan-connectors#8. This satisfies #8's portfolio acceptance criteria; implementation proceeds independently in the child issues.
