Goal

Make reusable address directories maintainable and evidence-friendly.

Scope

  • duplicate detection and manual merge workflow
  • address quality checks and normalization hooks
  • contact provenance and source history
  • audit trail for contact changes
  • field-level visibility/privacy decisions where needed

Acceptance Criteria

  • Users can see where a contact came from.
  • Merge operations preserve evidence of the original records.
  • Audit events explain create/update/delete/merge actions.
