Local Rules and Liability
Principle
Rules must be shown as advisory information with source, date, jurisdiction, confidence, and limits.
Do not claim legal certainty unless the rule comes from a current official source and the geographic/jurisdiction match is clear.

- drone restrictions if relevant.
Confidence states

Source hierarchy
Prefer:
- official authority datasets/pages,
- protected-area authority pages,
- national/regional open data portals,
- OSM access tags,
- partner/local expert data,
- user reports.

Liability mitigations
- Show source and review date.
- Show uncertainty.
- Provide alternatives.
- Let users report errors.
- Avoid routing through known restricted/private segments by default.
- Keep critical legal rules server-updatable.
- Do not monetize illegal camping hints.
- Moderate sensitive reports.
