  Adds Show QR code to the credential editor and each imported token. Displays a large black-on-white otpauth enrollment QR, token identity and settings, and local SVG download. Validated with 79 unit/component tests, 10 Chromium/Firefox browser tests, and the Toolbox manifest checker. QR decoding independently verifies TOTP settings and full 64-bit HOTP counters.
