  Deterministic synthetic fixtures now add person/network/commerce provider profiles, scalar and composite table constraints, dependency-topological relational generation, and a constraint-coverage matrix with explicit negative-test evidence. Common table-level PRIMARY/UNIQUE/FOREIGN KEY declarations are validated and generated locally.
