  Corrective fully local-only release. Removes the unintended optional external randomness-service client and CSP permission. Adds local WebCrypto/seeded coin flips, card deals, unique integer sequences, filtered calendar dates, exact decimal fractions, and uniform spherical coordinates; also tightens runtime bounds and reproduction metadata.
