zemion released this 2026-07-27 15:55:58 +02:00 | 0 commits to main since this release

Moves canonical source, manifest schema, Go WebAssembly module, and package identity to the LocalToolBox (lotobo) organization; upgrades Toolbox SDK to 0.2.3; aligns the frameless workbench to the shared 90rem width; and adds the attributed MIT-licensed OOjs Regex symbol in original file artwork. Also makes the rapid-edit browser gate race-free without changing production semantics.

Fixes production loading of the non-ECMAScript engine modules when bundled with Toolbox 0.9.1.

Keeps the last completed syntax and execution result visible during live edits, then atomically swaps in the newest result. Stale frames cannot decorate or select ranges in current editors.

Adds twelve executable local-first profiles: JavaScript/ECMAScript, standalone PCRE2, PHP, legacy Perl, Python, Ruby, Java, C++, Go, Rust, .NET, and Scala/JVM compatibility. All runtime assets are self-hosted and carry pinned source/licence identity. Java uses TeaVM rather than OpenJDK; Scala shares that Java-compatible engine and does not ship a Scala runtime.

First production release of the local-first Regex Tools workbench. This release ships the open-source ECMAScript 2025 syntax provider and native browser RegExp engine, deterministic explanation and actual extraction trees, replacement/list/unit-test workflows, bounded worker execution, project persistence controls, and Toolbox SDK integration. It is GPL-3.0-or-later and intentionally ECMAScript-only; later flavours remain roadmap work.
