  Fifty-app local-first Toolbox aggregate with Portal 0.2.23. Coordinates Toolbox SDK 0.3.0, @add-ideas/toolbox-helpers 0.2.0, and 43 depth releases at 0.2.0 while preserving the seven established application pins. This release adds the bounded local workflows, interoperability, evidence, security hardening, and browser coverage documented in the portfolio table.
