Objective and current status

Review and improve every GovOPlaN module and the Core/shared shell against one evolving, centrally documented visual and interaction language. Prioritize usability defects, inconsistent interactions and shared-component corrections before broader feature development. Every module review starts pending; the current heading-help icon pass is partial preparation, not a completed review.

The authoritative workspace catalog and source manifests identify 77 review tracks: 73 implemented scopes (Core/shared shell plus 72 manifest-backed modules) and 4 catalogued, currently README-only placeholders (Appointments, Ledger, XÖV and XTA/OSCI). Placeholders receive separate readiness/future-UI tracks; they are neither implemented nor reviewed. Meta coordinates this epic; Meta and the public website are not counted as business modules. Modules without a standalone WebUI must still review their admin/configuration, documentation, errors and contributed operator/public interfaces.

Active focus and order

  1. Core/shared-shell contracts and current user-reported regressions; ensure reusable primitives and tests before copying changes to consumers.
  2. Campaign as the first end-to-end review: compact read-only campaign settings dashboard with scoped edit dialogs; large recipient/attachment grids may use a clearly entered bulk-edit mode with Save, Cancel and dirty-navigation protection.
  3. Files, Mail, Templates, Notifications, Docs/Help, Dashboard, Quick Access and Views, then remaining module reviews prioritized by user-facing defects, shared dependencies and verified risk.
  4. Backend-only module contributions and registered placeholder readiness remain visible, pending tracks; no automatic completion because there is no standalone page.

The sequence is a coordination queue, not a claim that reviews have started or finished. Record the next active module, exact surfaces under review, findings, fixes, tests, manual checks and blockers in its linked issue.

Principles and retroactive application

UI-09 An evolving principle requires a backport/applicability check against every already-reviewed module. No reviewed modules yet.

Every child maintains an applicability / application / evidence / exception matrix. Changing a principle is not complete until already-reviewed modules have recorded evidence of continued conformance or an explicitly linked follow-up (and reopening where appropriate). Track affected modules, reviewed principle revision, migration work and tests; never silently leave older reviews green.

  • Changes to shared principles have been checked against every already-reviewed module, with reopenings/follow-ups and current revision evidence.
  • Data integrity, security/permissions, EN/DE content, error/loading/empty/dirty states and realistic narrow/wide layouts are verified.
  • Manual checks and product decisions are stated with context; no live send/delete/configuration mutations are performed just to collect UI evidence.

Partial implementation evidence — initial UI-01 rollout
